AiRK Solutions provides enterprise AI implementation services including, but not limited to: • AI Communication Systems (voice agents, WhatsApp automation, multilingual AI) • AI Operations Engine (workflow automation, system integrations) • AI Revenue Systems (lead conversion, upselling, revenue optimization) • AI Readiness Assessments and consulting services • The AI Control Framework™ methodology and related deliverables The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work signed by both parties.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the website without express permission

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. The AI Control Framework™ is a proprietary methodology of AiRK Solutions and may not be used, licensed, or replicated without written authorization.

The complimentary AI Readiness Assessment offered on this website is an introductory consultation service with no guarantee of specific outcomes. Assessments are conducted based on information provided by the client. AiRK Solutions reserves the right to: • Decline assessment requests at its discretion • Reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice • Limit the scope or duration of the assessment The assessment does not constitute a binding service agreement. Engagement terms are formalized in a separate Service Agreement.

Pricing shown on this website is indicative and subject to change. Specific pricing is confirmed in individual Service Agreements. Unless stated otherwise: • All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes • Payment terms are defined in the individual Service Agreement • AiRK Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing for new engagements with reasonable notice • Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the individual Service Agreement

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagement discussions and service delivery. This includes but is not limited to business processes, technical systems, client data, pricing, and strategic plans. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiRK Solutions shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from third-party service failures or integrations • Outcomes that depend on client-provided data accuracy Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AiRK Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.

AiRK Solutions warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not warrant that: • AI systems will achieve specific performance metrics not expressly guaranteed in a Service Agreement • Results will be uninterrupted or error-free • Third-party platform integrations will remain available or unchanged Results may vary based on client cooperation, data quality, implementation scope, and market conditions.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable Service Agreement. AiRK Solutions reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to services if a client violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to AiRK Solutions or its other clients.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
