Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to AI consulting, implementation advisory, and AI maturity/governance audit engagements agreed under a signed Proposal, Statement of Work, or Services Agreement between AiRK Solutions and the client.

An engagement is confirmed upon whichever occurs first: (a) execution of a signed agreement between the parties, or (b) receipt of an advance payment in accordance with the payment schedule agreed for that engagement. The advance payment amount and schedule are determined by AiRK Solutions on an engagement-by-engagement basis and set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement. Whether paid as a single lump sum or in scheduled instalments, all amounts paid prior to completion of the engagement are treated as the "advance payment" for the purposes of this policy.

• More than 30 days before the agreed engagement start date, and provided work has not yet commenced: the advance payment is refunded, less any direct costs AiRK has already incurred on the client's behalf (including, without limitation, third-party licences, purchases, travel, accommodation bookings, tools, or any other cost procured specifically for the engagement). • Where work on the engagement has already commenced, the portion of the advance payment attributable to work already performed is non-refundable, in addition to any deduction above. This applies regardless of how much notice is given, and independently of the 30-day period referred to above. • Within 30 days of the agreed engagement start date, or of engagement confirmation, whichever is applicable: the advance payment is non-refundable in full.

If AiRK Solutions is unable to proceed with a confirmed engagement, any amount paid for work not yet performed is refunded in full within 45 business days.

Engagements delivered under a fixed, agreed scope are not eligible for a refund on the basis of a scope change alone. Any change to scope is handled as a written Change Request/addendum, with its own timeline and cost, per the signed agreement.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 45 business days of written confirmation.

Where AiRK Solutions is engaged under a separately negotiated contract (including government and enterprise engagements), the cancellation and refund terms of that signed contract take precedence over this general policy in the event of any conflict.

All fees are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise. Third-party payment processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

This policy, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

AiRK Solutions may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement confirmation applies to that engagement.
