This policy explains the optional services and browser storage used by this website. You can use the public pages without accepting optional analytics or the embedded booking calendar.
1. Essential website functions
Pages, images, fonts and narrated demonstrations are served from this website. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and the Aria AI service and may process technical request metadata. The website does not use an advertising SDK or fingerprinting script in its current source.
2. Your saved choice
The localStorage key airk_privacy_v1 stores your analytics and calendar choices, the policy version and when you saved them. The website treats the choice as valid for up to 180 days, after which it asks again. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies for the current page session. This key is a preference record, not an advertising identifier.
3. Optional Google Analytics
Analytics is off unless you allow it, and the configured analytics tag runs only on airksolutions.com and www.airksolutions.com. If enabled, Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies and process usage information under Google’s policies and the account’s settings. The precise lifetime of provider cookies depends on those settings; this website does not set a separate fixed lifetime for them. When you withdraw analytics permission, the site disables its tag and attempts to clear its Google Analytics cookies.
4. Optional Google booking calendar
The embedded Google Calendar is not loaded until you enable it in Privacy settings or select Allow and load Google Calendar. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies and account information under its own policies. You can instead open the booking page directly. The website cannot clear cookies set on Google’s domain; manage those through Google and your browser.
5. Aria, WhatsApp and forms
Aria sends the message and limited conversation context to Cloudflare Workers AI only when you ask a question. The chat does not require an analytics cookie. Formspree receives details when you submit an enquiry or privacy request. A WhatsApp link prepares a draft containing the page context and any form details you chose to enter. Opening that link connects to WhatsApp; you review and send the message yourself.
6. Change or withdraw choices
Select Privacy settings in the footer at any time. Essential only rejects analytics and the embedded calendar. You can also delete site data in your browser. Changing choices here does not delete an enquiry or booking already submitted. Use /privacy-requests for access, correction or deletion requests.
