When engaging AiRK Solutions for AI implementation services, clients must not request that AiRK builds or configures AI systems intended to: • Operate without human oversight in high-risk decision contexts (medical, legal, financial, public safety) • Engage in covert surveillance, profiling, or tracking of individuals without lawful basis and consent • Generate disinformation, fake reviews, manipulative content, or deepfake media • Circumvent legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations • Collect, process, or transmit personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws • Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics • Conduct social engineering or phishing attacks AiRK Solutions reserves the right to decline, modify, or terminate any engagement where instructed AI systems fall within these categories.
